Little Atlas (littleatlas.teasetab.com) and the Temple Hunters games are products of TEASETAB BV ("we", "us").
These terms apply to every purchase of digital content (browser games) via littleatlas.teasetab.com. By placing an order you accept these terms. We sell only to consumers aged 18 or over; children play under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or guardian.
Temple Hunters games are digital content: educational browser games sold per city or as a country bundle. No installation is needed — just a modern browser (a recent version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge) and an internet connection to load the game. The games then work largely offline. Nothing is shipped physically.
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment is processed by Stripe using the payment methods offered there. The contract is concluded when Stripe confirms your payment. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Immediately after payment you receive access to the purchased game via a personal access link, which is also sent by e-mail. Access is tied to that link and intended for personal use within one household. Your access link stays valid for 12 months from the purchase date; "My adventures" always shows you the exact expiry date. We aim to keep the games available for as long as the service is offered; should we ever discontinue the service, we will announce this on the website at least 6 months in advance.
As a consumer buying at a distance you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period. For digital content delivered immediately, a statutory exception applies (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, as implemented in Belgian law): by expressly consenting at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledging that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, the cooling-off period ends once the content has been delivered.
If you did not give that consent, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, by e-mailing info@teasetab.com or using the model form below. We will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method.

We are required to supply digital content that conforms to the contract (Directive (EU) 2019/770, as implemented in Belgian law). If a game does not work as described, report it to info@teasetab.com: we will fix the problem, and if we cannot do so within a reasonable time you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund.
All content (games, texts, illustrations, code, logos) is protected by intellectual property rights of TEASETAB BV or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for private use within your household. You may not resell or publicly share access links, or copy, modify or commercially exploit the content.
Our total liability per purchase is limited to the price paid, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, or where mandatory law does not permit such a limitation. The games are a form of entertainment and education; use on the go should be supervised by an adult — mind your surroundings when playing on location.
Send complaints to info@teasetab.com; we reply within 14 days. If we cannot resolve the matter together, consumers in Belgium can contact the Consumer Mediation Service. These terms are governed by Belgian law; if you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the competent court of your place of residence or of our registered office.
We may amend these terms. Each purchase is governed by the version in force at the time of ordering.
